CLEANING SERVICE

Lumena Ltd can supply, as part of their Commercial Cleaning Services, an After Build Clean Service available to Building Companies, Building Contractors, Home Owners Architects and businesses. Lumena Ltd specializes in cleaning buildings after the completion of building work, leaving the building ready for hand over to the owner of the property. This Cleaning Service could include Window Cleaning, Carpet cleaning, and the removal of rubbish and cleaning of all surfaces.

Every building decoration causes a lot of dust and dirt. We have a team of after builder’s cleaners who specialise only with after builders cleaning. We require minimum of 4 hours per after builders cleaning visit. Please note our after builders cleaning do not include professional window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning. If this is something you would like to be done, please ask for a separate quotation. We understand you may have special requirements need to be done and you can always provide us with your own task list. However, Lumena Ltd has its own standard procedures and systems in place as well.

We operate with only the best equipments and we ensure that all our cleaners are equipped with safety clothing and materials. We take health and safety seriously and ensure that all our cleaners are COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), Health & Safety and Risk Assessment trained and always work under a supervision of a senior operative

Please find below our task list which can be altered according to your requirements:

• Deep cleaning of all skirting boards
• Deep cleaning of all doors and door frames
• Deep cleaning of all windows frames window sills
• Cleaning all light switches and sockets
• Cleaning all radiators

Kitchen cleaning includescleaning all cupboards inside/outside and tops, cleaning all surfaces, cleaning inside outside fridge and freezer, cleaning inside/outside of dishwasher and washing machine. Decaling and cleaning of sink, Remove cobwebs. Rubbish disposal.

Living room and Bedrooms cleaning includescleaning and polishing of all cupboards, wardrobes, bedside tables, tables inside/outside and tops. We will remove all the furniture in the rooms & place it back. We can also dispose of unwanted items for additional fee.

Bathroom cleaning includes scrubbing and disinfects bathroom floors; scrubbing and disinfecting toilet, Clean and disc ale bath & showers and shower doors; Scrub and disc ale bathroom sinks; wipe all counters; Clean mirrors.
