After Builders Cleaning Service

Lumena can supply an After Build Clean Service for building & development companies, building contractors, home owners, designers, architects, businesses and private individuals. Every building decoration causes a lot of dust and dirt. With our service, we can deal effectively the additional demands of cleaning after the completion of building works, leaving the building ready for handover. Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning and the removal of rubbish may be included upon request. We operate with only the best equipment and ensure that all our cleaners are equipped with safety clothing and materials and work under supervision.
- We require minimum of 4 hours per after builders cleaning visit.
- Please note our after builders cleaning do not include professional window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning. If this is something you would like us to do, please ask for a separate quotation.
- We understand you may have special requirements and you can always give us your own task list. However, Lumena has its own standard procedures and systems in place as well.
