Dilapidations We are able to act on behalf of either a Landlord or Tenant in the preparation and negotiation of Schedules of Dilapidations. Calculating the dilapidation liabilities for owners and occupiers and negotiating claims through to conclusion.
Acquisition Appraisals Appraisals on the condition of all types of commercial properties from Retail Units, Offices through to Business Parks for commercial investors or tenants.
Schedules of Condition The production of schedules to record the condition of property for incorporation into a Lease, License or Party Wall Agreement.
Landlord and Tenant Issues / Service Charge Professional advice to Landlords or Tenants in respect of the Landlord and Tenant Act inclusive of Section 20 matters for required maintenance or proposed works and for assisting in License for Alterations.
Building Surveys Surveys and valuations on the condition of residential property including full Building Surveys
Building Reinstatement Valuations Valuations and reports on the cost of reinstating buildings in the event of fire or other specific perils.
