Essential Criteria

• To achieve the main objectives and level of service required we identified the following criteria:
• The recruitment and retention of well trained, motivated, experienced and smart Cleaners (between the ages of 22-55 years) with a high level of inter personal skills that are fluent in English.
• Monitoring of contract documents via our advanced software for e-billing and e-credit
• Liaison with clients and all staff on site on a regular basis.
• The compilation and adherence to a detailed and up to date your Assignment Instructions Book (both in paper and electronic versions)
• A proactive approach towards the cleaning at your address. Regular documented liaison with you to establish and monitor adherence to established performance criteria
