Corporate Real Estate
The addition of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Services to our FM offering extends an already wide range of capabilities, provides joined up CRE and FM services that are seamless, volume flexible and customer focused and provides our customers with access to a genuinely integrated asset management solution across the property lifecycle.
This is an exciting opportunity as, for the first time; our customers are able to source CRE and FM services from a single integrated one-stop supplier. The integration leads to additional value for customers through cost savings in the approach to delivery and through savings in property outsourcing costs.
CRE provides effective management and delivery of the full range of real estate services for the corporate occupier.
We actively manage other third-party specialist service providers including disposal and acquisition agents, rent review and rating experts and building surveyors.
We ensure that:
- real estate liabilities are fully understood
- critical lease dates and terms are acted on
- payments are made; income is collected
- properties and sub-tenant occupiers are proactively managed to minimize client cost and to maximize client income.
Regular reporting brings together all the services managed by Carillion's CRE services in a format specifically designed to meet the client's reporting needs.
We maintain real estate data integrity and report on future key lease events to ensure that opportunities are actively managed. This helps clients to maximise flexibility, seize and create opportunities to change the estate, and minimise liabilities, introducing new ideas and innovation to meet strategic business needs.
